H艒kai Nuku is the authorised voice of four Iwi and Hap奴 mana whenua 鈥 Ng膩ti Manuhiri, Ng膩ti Mauku/Ng膩ti Kauae of Te Uri o Hau, Ng膩ti Rango of Kaipara and Ng膩ti Wh膩tua.
H艒kai Nuku was initially formed in 2010 to collaborate on the Waka Kotahi Project 鈥 Ara T奴hono P奴hoi to Wellsford Road of National Significance and has been contracted by the Transport Agency to provide specialist advice for the Project.
The relationship between the Transport Agency and H艒kai Nuku as Treaty partners has been formalised in a relationship agreement.
