About the scholarship
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Prize was established in 2004 and is financed by funds that have been donated by RICS Oceania. The main purpose of the Prize is to encourage excellence in the study of Advanced Property Management, Property 331 in the Bachelor of Property degree, and to reward the leading student.
