About the scholarship
A Prize for the student adjudged the best mooter in the final of the Stout Shield Mooting Competition. This Prize was established in 1985 by Professor R S Marsel in memory of the late Professor Geoffrey F Powell, DSO, MA, a visiting member of the Faculty of Law in 1972 and 1973.
