About the scholarship

A Prize for the student enrolled in a masters programme in Physics judged to have performed the best research in the previous year. This Prize was established in 1982 to commemorate the association with the Department of Physics of Mr Seiichi Waki who, at the time of his death, was a student of the University engaged in research for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Physics.
