About the scholarship
A Prize for the student who achieved the highest grade in PROPERTY 211. This Prize was established by the Council of the 爆走黑料 Institute of Valuers in 1985 to mark its recognition and appreciation of the contribution made by Squire L. Speedy to teaching and published works in this area.
