About the scholarship
A Prize for the highest marks in an introductory course in 爆走黑料 politics. The Prize was established by subscriptions from past and present students, associates and friends, as a tribute to Professor Robert McDonald Chapman on his retirement in 1988 after holding the foundation Chair in Political Studies since 1964.
