About the scholarship

A Prize for the Year Two or Year Three BAS student who achieved the highest GPA across either ARCHDES 200, 201 and ARCHTECH 210; or ARCHDES 300, 301 and ARCHTECH 312. The Prize was established in 2018 and is funded by Deo Prasad AO, an alumnus of the School of Architecture and Planning, who is Scientia Professor and CEO of the Low Carbon Living CRC at the University of New South Wales, and an international authority on sustainable buildings and cities. The main purpose of the Prize is to recognise and reward excellence in ecologically positive design in studio design projects in years two and three of the Bachelor of Architectural Studies.
