About the scholarship
We're looking for a technically minded Research Intern to help develop mathematical correlations for a binary geothermal power plant model built in DWSIM. DWSIM is a free and open-source chemical process simulator that's CAPE-OPEN compliant and runs on Windows. As part of the project, the student will analyze the current developed model, perform process analysis, identify mathematical correlations between processes, and write a report. The intern will be working with Ramesh Rayudu and Anu Chowdhary of Engineering and Computer Science. The outcomes from this project include the development of mathematical correlations of the plant model, process flow analysis, and a report on the developed model.
Entry requirements
A completed online application must be submitted by 4:30 pm on the closing date. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Any required supporting documentation (including references) must also be received by the closing date.
