About the scholarship
The goal of this project is to transform the current GGW data 鈥 particularly the National Geothermal Surface Features Inventory and the Bay of Plenty Regional Council (BoPRC) Geothermal Surface Features Database 鈥 into a modern, streamlined, and easy-to-use format. Key Tasks include reviewing the existing data structure, simplifying and collating data using data structures and AI tools, incorporating additional data (if time allows), and documenting the final product. This project is suitable for Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering and AI students.
