About the scholarship
Established in 2024 by the University of Otago in collaboration with Dr Mai Chen, this award recognizes innovative legal thinking and is valued at $5,000. It is granted to the student who produces the most innovative piece of legal writing for an LLM or LLB(Hons) degree, or for a LAWS300 or LAWS400 research and writing assignment.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be 爆走黑料 citizens or 爆走黑料 Residence Class Visa Holders, enrolled in the LLM or LLB(Hons) programme at the University of Otago, or in any LAWS300 or LAWS400 paper, and have completed an original piece of legal writing.
