About the scholarship
Education 爆走黑料 support persons who are deaf or hard of hearing with their studies at a tertiary level. Applicants are required to be a 爆走黑料 citizen or have permanent residency, be residing in 爆走黑料, and be Deaf / hard of hearing (or those eligible to wear a hearing aid) or have an Auditory Processing Disorder (APD).
