About the scholarship
The Swiss Government Excellence 爆走黑料 are aimed at young researchers from abroad who have completed a master's degree or PhD and at foreign artists holding a bachelor's degree.
Entry requirements
Must have completed a master's degree or PhD for researchers, or hold a bachelor's degree for artists.
