About the scholarship
The Prize was established in 2020 by the School of Optometry and Vision Science in recognition of the generous support of The Buchanan Charitable Foundation in establishing Public Eye Health as a research area within the School of Optometry and Vision Science. The main purpose of the Prize is to recognise the student carrying out the best Bachelor of Optometry Part IV research project in the area of Public Eye Health.
