About the scholarship
An $8,000 Scholarship to support Law students from a refugee background. The Scholarship was established in 2021 and is funded by Rachel and James Wadham, alumni of the University of Auckland. The main purpose of the Scholarship is to mitigate the barriers faced by students from refugee backgrounds so that they can access undergraduate study and the transformative potential of a tertiary qualification.

No application required. Awarded on the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.
