About the scholarship
A Prize for the student who achieved the highest marks in LAWCOMM 464 each semester. The Johnston Foundation Prize in Company Law was established in 2015 by Derek and Susan Johnston. The main purpose of the Prize is to recognise and reward the students achieving the best grades in LAWCOMM 464 Company Law.

No application required. Awarded on the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.
