About the scholarship
The Gerald Brown Memorial Prize was established in 2004 by a donation of funds raised from the Department of Property's Annual Graduation Dinner. It recognizes the MPropPrac student who achieved the highest marks in PROPPRAC 705. The main purpose of the Prize is to encourage excellence in postgraduate study in the Department of Property.

No application required; awarded on the recommendation of the relevant faculty or University of Auckland committee.
