About the scholarship
The Award was established in 2006 and is funded by the Kate Edger Foundation. The main purpose of the Award is to assist women to carry out study for a Postgraduate Diploma at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland. The Award is intended for students studying full-time towards a qualification; however, the Trustees recognise that health conditions or impairments can limit a person's ability to study full-time and have extended the Award in 2023 to include part-time study on a case-by-case basis.
Entry requirements
Must be a woman enrolling in a Postgraduate Diploma at the University of Auckland. Full-time study preferred, part-time study considered on a case-by-case basis.
