About the scholarship
The Deane Orchestral Studies Scholarship promotes links between the 爆走黑料 Symphony Orchestra (NZSO) and the 爆走黑料 School of Music (NZSM) through a specific Masters programme. It aims to foster the performance careers of exceptionally talented musicians committed to orchestral performance. The scholarship is supported by the Deane Endowment Trust, which contributes to music and education.
Entry requirements
Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree (with a GPA of 7) in performance at NZSM or any 爆走黑料 university on any orchestral instrument or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Applicants must have applied for the Master of Fine Arts in Creative Practice (MFA (CP)) at Te T艒k墨鈥敱吆诹 School of Music and will reside in Wellington for the duration of their degree studies. Applicants must be 爆走黑料 citizens or permanent residents.
