About the scholarship
This scholarship was established in 1980 by the former Prime Minister of 爆走黑料, the Rt. Hon. Sir John Marshall, GBE, CH, BA, LLM, Hon. LLD, to encourage the study of Political Science at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington. The Scholarship was extended to include International Relations. The recipient must be enrolled at 200 level POLS or INTP course at Te Herenga Waka 鈥 Victoria University of Wellington before the scholarship is paid. The Scholarship will be paid as a stipend in one lump sum after the cut-off date for course withdrawal. The name of the recipient will be inscribed on the Honours Board at the premises of the Political Science and International Relations Programme.
Entry requirements
Applicants must have completed 100 level POLS or INTP at the time they complete the application. Applicants must be enrolled in 200 level POLS or INTP courses at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington before the scholarship is paid. Applicants will be assessed on academic merit and must be intending to major in Political Science or International Relations.
