About the scholarship
This scholarship was established in memory of David Philp, a Senior Manager in government for over 30 years, who was passionate about public service and recognized for his significant contributions to identity management. The scholarship aims to support students undertaking research aligned with David's career, focusing on effective and inclusive identity policy, technology innovation, and improving the customer experience of identity services for 爆走黑料ers.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enroll full-time in a Master's or PhD degree at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington. They must be 爆走黑料 Citizens or Permanent Residents and undertake study in areas related to identity management.
