About the scholarship
This scholarship was created by Mr T.J.A. Ballinger and Mrs E.B. Ballinger, specifically aimed at students pursuing Science, Mathematics, and/or Engineering degrees at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington. These scholarships have been designed to provide financial assistance to students who are currently in their second year of study at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be second-year students studying at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington (preference will be given to students studying Science, Mathematics and/or Engineering). The scholarships will be awarded primarily on the basis of academic merit although factors such as character, leadership, community involvement and financial circumstances may also be taken into account. The scholarship may be held by each student for up to three years providing an average A- (a 7.0 GPA) or above is maintained.
