About the scholarship
This scholarship has been established in recognition of the valuable contribution made by Associate Professor John P Skipworth to the Department of Botany and Zoology from 1960 to 1991. It is for someone who is undertaking research in the field of ecology at postgraduate level. The funds for the scholarship have been provided from royalties received by Dr Nelson Pomeroy through his research on bumble bees and pollination.
Entry requirements
You must be enrolled on the Palmerston North campus and undertaking a research topic with a focus on ecology. Include a research outline, an academic reference, and a statement on your current financial need, including expected income and expenses.
