About the scholarship
The purpose of this scholarship is to support and encourage undergraduate study in areas of benefit to the people of ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ. Values/Benefits: Financial assistance at a value of $5,000Level of Study: Undergraduate Closing Date: 1 December Tenure: One year Number available annually: One Applicable enrolment during tenure: Please refer to the regulations for further details (via the UNZ website)Citizenship/residency requirements: Applicants must be ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ citizens Special requirements: Applicants also must be either: members of the Maritime Union of ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Inc., and/or of the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Seafarers Union Inc., and/or of the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Seamen?s Union Industrial Union of Workers, and/or of Waterfront Workers Union, and/or of the Waterside Workers Federation/Association, who are or were by occupation seafarers or wharfies/watersiders or the children or grandchildren of any member, as above.This scholarship is offered by Universities ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ and applications can be made on their website by following the link below.
