About the scholarship
Northland Regional Council鈥檚 new scholarship is to recognise and support students to undertake study, research or training that aligns with council鈥檚 areas of focus and mission of 鈥榳orking together to create a healthy environment, strong economy and resilient communities鈥.
The scholarship is available to students who: Are NZ citizens or permanent resident *
Reside in, have family that reside in or have whakapapa (a genealogical connection) to, Taitokerau
Are enrolled (or have an intention to enrol) in a recognised tertiary course of study that directly relates to activities that council delivers
Are studying at an undergraduate or higher qualification level.
