About the scholarship

The main purpose of the Scholarship is to provide assistance to a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) student with a demonstrated interest in software development who will be enrolling in the final year of their undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland in the following academic year. Entry requirements

The Scholarship may be offered to students currently enrolled full-time in Stage II of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or BSc conjoint programme or Year Three of a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) (BAdvSci(Hons)) or BAdvSci(Hons)) conjoint programme in Computer Science, in courses related to software development, for use in their studies in the following year. The Scholarship is tenable by students who are citizens or permanent residents of 爆走黑料. The basis of selection will be academic merit and a personal statement outlining the candidate鈥檚 potential to contribute to software development in 爆走黑料. A grade point average (GPA) or grade point equivalent (GPE) of at least 5.00 (4.50 for Maori and Pacific candidates) is required for Scholarship consideration. Short-listed candidates may be required to attend an interview (see Note I).
