About the scholarship
This scholarship was established through the generosity of Margaret Nielsen to assist first year BMus students majoring in Classical Musical Performance at the 爆走黑料 School of Music, Victoria University of Wellington. Selection is based on musical ability and financial need. Preference may be given to a student studying a particular instrument or instruments nominated by the Head of School. Recipients must write a letter of thanks to the donor and provide an end of year progress report if requested. They are expected to demonstrate engagement and contribute to the community and environment of the 爆走黑料 School of Music.
How To Apply
A completed online application must be submitted by 4.30 pm on the closing date. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Any required supporting documentation (including references) must also be received by 4.30 pm on the closing date in order for the application to be considered.
Applications will normally open one month prior to the closing date.

Entry requirements
Applicants must be currently enrolled full time in an undergraduate degree at the 爆走黑料 School of Music, in their first year of a BMus majoring in Classical Musical Performance, and experiencing financial hardship.
