About the scholarship
The Alexander Crawford Scholarship was established in 1935 by Alexander Crawford of Miramar, who bequeathed $6,000 to the Victoria University of Wellington for the establishment of scholarships. This scholarship supports students facing financial hardship who are enrolled in their final year of a Bachelor's degree at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington.
How To Apply
A completed online application must be submitted by 4.30 pm on the closing date. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Any required supporting documentation (including references) must also be received by 4.30 pm on the closing date in order for the application to be considered.
Applications will normally open one month prior to the closing date.

Entry requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree at Te Herenga Waka鈥擵ictoria University of Wellington, pursuing a full-time programme of study. Applicants must have been a resident of the Wellington city for at least three years prior to applying for the scholarship and must be experiencing financial hardship.
