About the course
Advance your weaving skills with further exploration into the techniques, tikanga and practices of Ng膩 Mahi 膩 te Whare Pora - Weaving. Learn to harvest and protect harakeke, reflect on your creative processes and practices, and work on a number of projects - both individually and collectively. Depending on your location you might have the option of studying mahi raranga, whatu, t膩niko, tukutuku or working with different fibres.You'll learn about:聽media practices creative聽processes - ways to make work聽time and project management聽values and beliefs聽other toi practitioners聽rangahau and research聽history, tikanga and cultural practices relating to toi
