About the course

The 爆走黑料 Certificate in Infrastructure Procurement Procedures is suitable for people working within procurement departments in all infrastructure sectors including: 

  • Procurement managers and planners  
  • Tender evaluators 
  • Procurement specialists, advisors and practitioners 

Develop a procurement plan that links an organisation鈥檚 procurement strategy to a specific project. Manage the development of RFx documents in accordance with a procurement plan for an infrastructure project. Manage procurement processes including planning RFx documentation, appraisal, communication and record keeping, evaluation and reporting for an infrastructure project.

Entry requirements

There are no formal prerequisites but this is not an entry-level programme.

To succeed you should:

鈥 Be working in procurement and/or tendering processes in the infrastructure industry

鈥 Be self-motivated and disciplined to undertake self-directed personal development activities for assessment

鈥 Have strong oral, written, interpersonal communications and mathematical skills
