About the course

If you鈥檙e working in the industry or are聽ready to enter into a work arrangement with an employer, you can further your understanding of light automotive engineering with the 爆走黑料 Certificate in Light Automotive Engineering. At completion of this programme you鈥檒l be able to safely and effectively diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic聽faults on various vehicles. Entry requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age on the date of the programme鈥檚 commencement for the semester, and you鈥檒l need to: Achieved the 爆走黑料 Certificate in Automotive Engineering (Level 3); or Equivalent skills and experience And English entry requirements; If English is not your first language, you will also need at least one of the following qualifications: Equivalence of a minimum of 12 credits at NCEA聽Level 1 in English; Or Evidence of an overall IELTS (General or Academic) band score of at least 5聽in each band; Or Equivalent described in NZQA Rules and on the Unitec English Language Requirements for International Students Non Academic requirements Demonstrate the equivalent skills and must be working on approved automotive premises.
